Sleeping Accommodations: 1-2 Remember has three bedrooms but also has one additional private sleeping area. Upper Level: Master King, Queen Room, Queen Room Lower Level: Queen Room Come and enjoy this lovely mountain home! Situated in the community of Seven Devils, very close to Hawksnest, this three-level home with breath-taking views of Grandfather Mountain which is surrounded by natural wonders and acres of green space is sure to please you. The main level of the home features a half bath, a den with couch, desk and chair, and wireless internet, a dining area with a table for six, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a wood-burning stone fireplace, leather couches, and a large LED TV with blu-ray compatible DVD player. The lower level of the home has a recreation room with a ping pong table, plush couch and chair, access to the large lower deck, and an HDTV with DVD player. There is a full bath on this level, with a tub/shower. Also on this level is a room with a Queen-sized bed. Upstairs there is a room with a twin bed and trundle underneath, a room with a Queen-sized bed, and a full bath with tub/shower. There is also a master suite with a King bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The main level deck has a glass-topped table for al fresco dining, a gas grill, additional seating, and a hot tub. Enjoy a feast outside or soak away your cares in the hot tub while drinking in the stunning views of Grandfather Mountain. A short hike from the house is an easy trail leading to beautiful waterfalls (pictured below). Throughout the house are inspirational words and phrases reminding you to sit back and enjoy life to the fullest. That's an easy order to fill at 1-2 Remember. You're sure to return to this home again and again! -Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - NCREC Broker Name: Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. NCREC License Number: 298198 -This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. -CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
