Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Best Cabin And Rental Company!
Absolutely loved this cabin and location was great too! Had Elk Springs come out and look about a problem with the washing machine and they came out that day and fixed it. We also got to see a black bear which came by our trash cans and got pictures of it. Awesome cabin and Rental company will stay here again!

Pool La La
My wife and I stayed here for our weekend getaway. It was amazing. The place was cleaned perfectly. The customer service was great! The location was great only 5 mins from pigeon forge and Maybe 10 ish from gatlinburg. My favorite part was the indoor pool, my wife's was the huge shower in the bathroom. The only "downside" in my opinion was the bed and couch were just to firm for my liking and the pillows to flat. I have already recommended this place to friends and family. We will definitely be repeat guests!
Stop Looking - Stay Here !!!
My wife and I needed a getaway and decided to head to the mountains for a week. Pool La La was very clean, well maintained (like new), just as listed... and convenient to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There were several guests in the neighboring cabins, but it was quiet and peaceful. The views from the front entry were spectacular and there was ample privacy for the hot tub area. Both the Hot Tub and Pool were clean, and we enjoyed them both. The pool was a bit cooler that we had hoped, but understand it stays a 83 degrees for moisture control at the cabin. if it were a few degrees warmer, we would have enjoyed the pool more. We did call the call the office once for a noise coming from the hot tub area and they responded very timely and with no interruption to our stay. Bottom line - the cabin, its contents, the area, the privacy and the overall experience - easily met all our expectations. This was a great place to get away. We will be back!
