"The outlay of the cabin was nice. Everyone had their own space. The walls are too thin and the floors are not solid. The bedrooms that were close should not have a window up top. It should be a full wall. If the people in one bedroom had their overhead light on or TV on all night, the light shines in the other person's bedroom. Overall, we loved that it was spacious and the game room was closed off.The cabinets should have been wiped down. They were full of cobwebs with insects caught in them. The mattress covers were spotted. They should have been cleaned. The main door keypad didn't work. Maintenance came out to put in new batteries. It still wouldn't work the next day. The porch furniture near the firepit wasn't clean. None of this stopped our fun. We would do it all over again. Customer service is very friendly and accommodating. It's definitely a nice cabin."

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Texas Friends Vs Tn Family...Its All In The Experience!

Spring Break
Our stay at Elk Springs Resort was everything we needed and more �� Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Gatlinburg, the views were peaceful, the cabin was cozy, and the whole experience felt like a true getaway from the everyday hustle.

Terrific Place To Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Skybox Lodge 12/26 -12/28. Location was great, kids and adults really enjoyed the game room. Plenty of space for everyone. Bedrooms were large. Kitchenette on every level. I would stay again and would recommend to others.
Perfect Place For Family Reunion
Had a family reunion with 12 people. Loved the number of rooms and queen/king beds in them. Really appreciated that each room had a dedicated bathroom with its own hot water heater so that we didn’t need to worry about staggering showers! The lower floor with game room, long dining table, porch, and large community kitchen were perfect for hanging out together. Also, rooms were large and fairly quiet considering the noise going on downstairs! Great location for exploring all around Gatlinburg.
