This one-level, open-floor plan, one-bedroom, one-bathroom cabin is just one mile from the Pigeon Forge strip and offers plenty of relaxing amenities. With a location near top attractions, 3 Bears is a romantic escape for you and the person who matters most to you, but it can accommodate up to four guests. Living Room: Step inside this relaxing retreat and find breathtaking wooded views, an inviting living area complete with comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, a large flat-screen Roku TV, and a gas fireplace. The living room has ample lighting and porch access. Have some friendly competition in a fun game of checkers, a round of pool, or a friendly competition of Foosball. This cabin offers plenty of games to choose from, including a convertible game table. Wifi can be found throughout the cabin. This sleeper sofa pulls out to make a Queen-size bed. (Linens provided) Kitchen/Dining: You will find a fully equipped kitchen that offers everything you need to cook a delicious meal and enjoy at the dining room table that can seat 4 with additional seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. Make yourself a cup of coffee using the provided Keurig or make a pot of coffee in the provided 12-cup coffee maker. You will find a blender for daily smoothies and a toaster for a quick breakfast. This kitchen has cookware, dishes to dine on, and all silverware. Cleaning up is a breeze after any meal using the dishwasher. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods are provided. Just 1 minute to Pigeon Forge and 10 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will find a Dollar General nearby or a Kroger just 5 minutes away. With such an excellent location, you're just a short drive from everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer. Spend the day riding roller coasters at Dollywood or check out the Titanic Museum. With dozens of activities, live shows, and shopping options available, there is sure to be something for everyone. 3 Bears has it all and is your perfect home away from home! Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas, there is damage, or your pet needs additional excessive cleaning, you will be charged for all repairs or cleaning. Please bring your own sheets/blanket(s)to cover the area your pet lays on or sleeps in. Otherwise, an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time needed due to dog hair and odor left behind. For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, hike to waterfalls, ride horseback through valleys, picnic by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit tanger outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. When it's dinner time, enjoy local cuisine from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property. Special Dates: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, or New Years Day. Check-In: 4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we will resend it a week before your stay.
