Location/ Roads / Parking: This condo is conveniently located on Ski Mountain, making it easily accessible by both motorcycle and vehicle. There is level parking available for up to three vehicles. Please note that the condo is situated on the 3rd floor, accessible only via a stairwell, as there is no elevator. During winter hours, it's advisable to check weather conditions, as a 4X4 vehicle may be recommended for optimal access. Just a short drive away, you'll find a Dollar General and Food City for your convenience. You're also just 5 minutes from the stunning Smoky Mountains, 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, and 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge. This prime location puts you right in the heart of all the excitement Gatlinburg has to offer! Important Information: -This condo is on the 3rd floor and only accessible by the indoor stairwell. This complex does NOT have elevators. -This is a NON-SMOKING unit (absolutely no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony). -NO PETS are allowed at the condo or on the condominium premises. -We have a doorbell camera to monitor check-ins, check-outs, and our cleaning service. -Wild bears wander onto the property often. For your own safety, please do not feed the bears or attempt to interact with them.
