Mountain Lookout is a 5 Bedroom, 5.5 Bath Log Cabin located conveniently in Gatlinburg just minutes from downtown. No expense was spared when outfitting this 2800 square foot cabin, it has natural Hardwood flooring, Granite counter tops, Stainless Steel Appliances and Dining for 14. Mountain Lookout has 3 Log King Bed en suites, 1 Log Queen Bed ensuite and a Log Queen Bed with a shared bathroom and each bedroom has HDTV's. This property has all of your entertainment needs covered from the Theater Room complete with Theater style seating, so bring your favorite DVD's, Foosball table and Multicade arcade style game system. Main Level (Entry Level/2nd Level): -Steps up to front porch -Fully equipped kitchen -Half bathroom -Dining area -Living room with cable TV and seasonal gas fireplace -Access to back deck with outdoor seating Lower Level (1st floor): -Washer/dryer -Theater room with sleeper sofa (bring DVDS, only plays DVDs) -Queen bedroom with TV -Game room -Bathroom with standup shower -Deck space with hot tub Upper Level (3rd floor): -3 king bedrooms with TVs -1 queen bunkbed room (sleeps 4) with TV -Each room on this floor has its own bathroom The resort pool is typically open Memorial Day-Labor Day. There is limited data internet service available which means checking emails, social networking and general internet browsing are okay, but you cannot stream movies, music, games or videos such as from Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Spotify or Zoom Meetings or any similar online streaming platforms. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
