Mountain Majesty is a gorgeous 2800 sq. ft. 4 bedroom/4 bath cabin that sleeps 12. It is the perfect cabin for a large family or couples retreat, is private and secluded, and offers a hot tub and pool table! Located in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Mountain Majesty is a wonderful, comfortable, and convenient choice for your Smoky Mountain vacation! Main Level: -Enter into a living area with sleeper sofa and smart TV -Game room area with pool table -Washer/dryer -Bedroom with 2 sets of twin bunk beds (sleeps 4) and smart TV -Full bathroom -Dining room -Fully equipped kitchen -Comfortable living room with brand new couches, smart TV, and a seasonal gas fireplace -Access to the covered back deck with brand new outdoor seating and a relaxing hot tub Upper Level: -Main king size bedroom with sitting area, smart TV, and seasonal gas fireplace and full bathroom -The main bedroom has access to the upper back deck with more brand-new outdoor seating -King size bedroom with smart TV and access to upper back deck -Bathroom with standup shower located off the hallway -King size bedroom with smart TV and full bathroom MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS PROPERTY. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
