Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Family Vacation
We stayed at Barrel Top Lodge while on a large family vacation. Half of us stayed at Barrel Top while the other half stayed next door at the larger cabin. The closeness of the cabins was very convenient. The cabin itself was beautiful with gorgeous views. The only issue we had was the only tub in the rental wasn't working properly due to a drain issue. This was pretty disappointing. My kids loved the theater room and pool/hot tub.
The cabin was clean for the most part with the occasional spider web and dead bugs, but that I feel like is no major deal. There were no kitchen garbage bags, but after speaking with guest services the maintenance crew brought them up quickly for us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we plan to be back.

Excellent Mountain Get Away
Lovely and private cabin with a fabulous view and great features. Kids loved the pool and hot tub; Dad liked the outdoor grilling station and theater room.
Luxury Cabin And Awesome For Families!
Cabin have every amenity possible. Fire places were enjoyable, including the large one outside. Kitchen was stocked, including sticks for s’mores. Bathroom was really big and the tub and shower were like being at a spa. Really enjoyed this cabin!

We stayed here for our wedding. The cabin was clean and in great shape. Maintenance responded quickly when the upstairs AC wasn’t working correctly. Our boys loved the arcade, movie room and swimming pool. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be repeat customers anytime we return to gatlinb
