Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

It Was Exactly What We Needed!
Weekend getaway. It was close to a lot of attractions - and at this time of year the town was lit up with holiday lights and decorations. It was great. The cabin itself had all of the amenities we needed.
Natural Beauty Get Away
Place is really nice just like the pictures. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during our stay which was a bummer. Over all great place to stay.
Vacation Of Our Dreams
This was our first family trip to Gatlinburg, and I couldn't have imagined a better trip. Location of the cabin was perfect. So close to Gatlinburg yet you feel like you're so far away from the hustle and bustle of life. Spacious house, beautiful decor. My kids loved the propane fire pit, perfect for s'mores. Kitchen was well equipped, we ate most meals at the cabin. We will definitely be returning.

Such A Beauty!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this cabin. Beautiful views and exactly what we were looking for in our first cabin experience. Plenty to do for my son and husband. Local restaurants and grocery store wasn’t to far and it is only about a 15 minute drive away from Downtown Gatlinburg which was perfect. There are also many cute shops along the way driving through the small towns which was a lot of fun as well. We highly recommend Natural Beauty!
