gatlinburg overlook

Gatlinburg Overlook was the perfect house for our group of 14. The house was spacious, clean and the staff was quick to respond to any questions or needs. This is our second time staying in this home and the house was in as good condition as it was last year. The kitchen was well equipped, and the view is incredible.

Great stay in an awesome cabin with an amazing view!! We loved soaking in the huge hot tub and really enjoyed the game room and theater room.

We were very pleased with our stay at this cabin and with the Rental Group- Bear Tracts. We are a family of 5 with 3 children 16,13,11 and they were busy the entire time with the awesome swim spa, jacuzzi, video games, theater and pool table! We had a blast playing and staying together. The views from the living room porch are beautiful especially at night to see all the lights in town. Beds were comfortable, linens were very nice and we had lots of complimentary soaps ,shampoo, and conditioner. The Firepit out back is amazing , we loved it so much were putting in one at our house :) The ease of cutting on it as a well as the gas logs was a cinch. The location of these cabin units is great, your out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg but only a few minutes back to town and grocery store a quick 7 mins away.
We had a few issues with the maintenance of the house, coffee maker carafe missing and pool and jacuzzi not heating properly. Both items were gladly taken care of quickly. With the stay we also received some free activities or coupons/vouchers, this was a nice touch. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Gatlinburg Overlook cabin was amazing! My family (6 adults, 5 children) stayed in January and we had the best vacation. We were a little concerned about the location since snow was expected but we had no problems driving to and from the cabin with snow on the ground. The game room was the best and kept the kids occupied. Game room is on the bottom floor and it didn't heat up as well as the rest of the house but none of them complained because they were so busy will all of the games. Did find a space heater in the closet on the day we checked out that we could have used. Got to enjoy popcorn and a movie in the theatre room with all of my grandkids. The cabin was super clean when we arrived and the property was well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of non stick pots and pans. Loved having the 2 dining tables so we could all sit together and eat. We did walk around the neighborhood and to the GreenBriar Restaurant, letting the kids play in the snow. It was honestly a great cabin and we do plan on going back!

Very nice would stay here again.
1 thing need to have a broom and dustpan so that if you spill something you can sweep it up.

We had a wonderful vacation over New Years with multiple families. The location was great. Very close to the downtown Gatlinburg area - a quick drive. The views from the cabin, especially at night, were amazing. We were able to see the New Years Eve fireworks and drone show from the balcony. We definitely plan to stay here again.
