Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

March Visit
Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Misty Ridge. The location was great as it was close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park. The views from the cabin were beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony. The kid loved the loft area that has a pool table, air hockey, and arcade games. I would recommend bringing extra cleaning products like dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towel if you are staying more than a weekend. We visited at the end of March/spring break. Both the park and tourist attractions were very busy. Try to arrive early to whatever you do!
Overall
Overall the cabin was good. But it was not that clean. You could tell the floor hadn't been swept. There was big pieces of leftover food still on the floor when I arrived. The downstairs bathroom reeked of urine.
Excellent Stay!
Me and my family stayed at Misty Ridge , it was super clean, the beds were very comfortable everything inside the cabin was in excellent condition and the location was wonderful not too far from Sevierville and Pigeon Forge .
The views of the mountains are breathtaking!! We couldn’t be more happier with Elk they were very wonderful and check in was very easy.
We are looking forward to staying there again soon!

Great Getaway!
My husband and I decided last minute to take a trip to the mountains and this cabin was perfect! The cabin is way up on a mountain with a serpentine drive to get there but was located in a very nice community. The pictures do not do it justice and the decor has been updated since the ones we saw initially posted and it was even better! The mattresses are memory foam and seemed brand new. Very comfortable. The description was accurate, everything was clean and well maintained. The constant hot water and shower pressure was great! We relaxed in the hot tub at some point every day and the tv outside was a nice touch. The theater room was our favorite spot and if we had not had to go upstairs for drinks or food, we would have stayed on the lower level the entire time! Would definitely recommend this to friends and plan on staying here again in the future! The reservation company had top notch customer service and was quick to respond to any question I asked.

Everything was absolutely Amazing!!! The only thing we couldn't do was lock the door when we left the cabin other than that everything was great and we will be back!!!!

The cabin location was perfect for being close to the main area of pigeon forge but not too far for a long drive from place to place. The layout of the cabin was perfect as we had 2 boys that loved the air hockey table and the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!
