Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Dogs are allowed only in properties that are designated "pet friendly". Further, each/all pet policies for individual properties are subject to change without notice.

A maximum of two (2) trained, mature, dogs are permitted in "pet friendly" properties. Pet owners will be financially responsible and liable for any/all damages, injury (including any injury to the pet(s), and all extra cleaning, pest control, or replacement costs for furniture, fixtures, or equipment.

Having a pet in a property that does not allow pets is grounds for immediate eviction without a refund. The only exception is for ADA (American Disabilities Act) qualified animals. Additional information upon request. Guests are subject to forfeiture of their deposit/rent and immediate eviction if previously undisclosed animals/pets are found on property.

A place to remember.

Super nice cabin. Very close to down town Gatlinburg. We stayed in this spot 4 years ago in the cabin that burned down in the Gatlinburg fire. We were the last family to stay there. We had to come back and stay in the new one and itâ€™s as nice as the last one. We hope to come back next year.

Great Experience

Chalet was very clean and roomy. It had everything we needed. Very close to Gatlinburg and the drive to the chalet isnâ€™t bad at all. We had bears around the cabin most days.

Great views and furry friends

Cabin close enough to Gatlinburg and yet high on mountain for relaxing. Very clean and accommodating. Plenty of room. Two items to be aware of. Steep driveway, but most in the mountains are. Trailered a motorcycle up. If youâ€™re Bringing one. You need to be seasoned rider. If you want visitors they come black, furry, and in many sizes. What a treat. You canâ€™t go wrong with this property.

So Peaceful

The cabin was perfect! We were traveling with our adult children so there was ample space. Right at the foothills of the mountains with a beautiful views with a couple bear sightings. Will definitely be back!
