Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Amazing Cabin
This cabin was everything we expected and more!
This Is It!!
This was our second time vacationing in Gatlinburg. This time around we went with Elk Springs- Otter Spring cabin and it was PERFECT!! Even though our check in was delayed for cleaning, the cabin was actually clean throughout all 3 levels...not just the in the common areas. The staff was courteous and welcoming throughout my interactions with them from booking and throughout our stay. My husband and I agree this cabin will be the cabin for our future Gatlinburg visits!!
The Perfect Honeymoon Spot
this is an amazing spot for celebrating a marriage. my wife and I spent the week here after we got married and it was so much fun. the place is clean, fun, and the people are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying in this cabin. Also, the cabin was very easy to get to compared to a lot of other cabin rentals in the area.

Beautiful Cabin
Beautiful location! Inside was very updated not the traditional old school cabin look which I loved! It was clean and had everything we needed including nice tv’s with voice remotes which was really nice. The pool was warm enough to swim for like 10-15min which would probably be perfect in the warmer months. The hot tub was great and hot the whole time I really liked the different colored lights. They did provide a baby gate for my 16 mth old however only 1 and it did not reach from wall to wall so we had to rig up the trash can beside it to make up for the space and chairs in front of the other stairs. The can opener didn’t turn so I had to punch holes in the can all the way around. Maintenance is very polite and professional. Our gas bbq grill was out so they came over fast at 8pm. Very impressive. Overall it was a really nice clean up to date cabin that we enjoyed.
Wonderful Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful time at the Otter cabin! The kids and adults enjoyed the heated pool as well as the hot tub! The cabin was just as it was advertised and Elks springs resort was excellent with communication throughout the stay! They made sure we arrived and got settled and check out was a breeze! Would recommend a stay at this cabin, and we look forward to our next Pigeon Forge get away with the resort!
