Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Hanky Panky Cabin
The cabin was beautiful! Very well maintained! Online check in & checkout was easy ! I highly recommend this cabin. Only a few things I didn’t like was parking was tight due to a tree In middle of parking area which is small. The only other was the heart shaped tub when you filled it took forever & stuff came outta screen area. Everything else was amazing.

Had a lovely weekend at Hanky Panky! Tucked away in the forest yet close to town.Cabin and hot tub were nice and clean. Full kitchen with enough cookware and dishes to make a small easy meal. Great little cabin, would definatly stay again!

We had the best stay. The cabin was super clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. We are planning to revisit.
Very Nice Accommodations
The cabin was very nice. King size bed on the main floor. 2 full bathrooms. One on each floor. Nicely equipped kitchen with just about everything you needed to cook with.
The hot tub was cleaned and refilled before we arrived. The hot tub was up to temperature by the evening as well. You can clearly fit 5 people in it. 4 for sitting, and one full lounge. Rocking chairs on both decks. Gas grill for cooking on the deck as well.
We had a couple small issues with the cabin, and used email to reach out to the management company. They were very responsive and took care of the problem.
This cabin was a short distance from Gatlinburg as well as Pigeon Forge. Nice video off the back deck. As well as privacy for the hot tub.
I would be happy to recommend this cabin, and may return again in the future.
