Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Family Vacation Home
This house was everything we could have asked for and more. Our kids never left the pool/hot tub/ game area when we weren’t out and about. The garage door was so nice to have from the pool to the deck to the hot tub! The view was by far the most amazing part of our stay... breathtaking! Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for everyone to sprawl, lounge, and watch tv or enjoy the view. The drive to the lodge was a bit intimidating initially but after a few trips up we got more comfortable with it. Would definitely recommend!
What A View!
My family rented Legends Pool Lodge for a weeks vacation. The cabin was spacious and amazing. The view from the back deck was absolutely stunning. The cabin was clean and so comfortable. Any time we go on vacation beds are my biggest complaint but Legends Pool had amazing comfy beds. We all slept great. Getting to the cabin was back a winding bending road going up, down and around,but so worth it to have the view and amazing cabin. ELK Springs Customer Service was fantastic. I called with questions about the pool and there was a kind gentleman that came and took care of concerns within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone that is interested in getting away from the city and wants to enjoy a view. Our first full day we say 7 bear with in 4 hours. During our stay we went to the aquarium and did some souvenir shopping. Tennessee Homemade Wines is a must is you like wine. When we go on vacation I am always trying to figure out what kind of coffee pot there is and what kind of filters. This place had a keurig and a regular coffee put. So, it was nice to have the option of which one we wanted to use. Prior to arrival when I would contact Elk Springs Resort either for payments or questions they were very quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
