This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Big Bear vacation

The cabin was beautiful. No true issues. Booking, checking in no problem. The beds in this cabin were hard. And a bit of maintenance needs to be done. Down stairs room with the bathroom, exhaust fan doesn’t work. No bedroom door locks or even latches. And the shower head was broken it was basically water out of the pipe. We had a toddler with us and there was a gate for the stairs but it was broken. We bought another and it broke as well so if you have toddlers in your group bring a good gate with you. Keyless entry and the website are a great convenience. Also we found items that had been left by other guests (shoe, ear rings, belly ring) so was the downstairs ever vacuumed? Truthfully no matter what I would recommend this cabin and this company. Our stay was great. Last thing. You get a link sent to you to check out. But it does not allow you to check out early. We had to leave a day early due to weather.
