Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Wondering Spacious Place Close To All The Things To Do.
Great place for our family. Minutes from Dollywood, mountain coaster, the island, all the restaurants, as well as the traditional PF attractions. House met our needs and then some. We will definitely book this one again.
Wonderful Stay
My group had a wonderful stay at The Pillars. We stayed for the weekend. The place is huge and had everything we needed. The indoor theatre room was the highlight of our stay.
Amazing Family Vacation At The Pillars
The Pillars gives you so many options for gathering with family or sitting quietly in a room reading or catching up on emails. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The kids loved the basketball court (but need to catch those balls before they roll down the hill), the splash pad and the movie theatre downstairs. So many options for everyone to do. Loved the huge kitchen for our family meals. Great location overlooking Pigeon Forge. Will definitely stay again. The management team stayed in constant contact with us which was very encouraging.
Luxury Accomodations In The Heart Of Pigeon Forge
We have been renting homes in PG for Rod Run for over 30 years and this is definitely one of the nicest we have stayed in. Spacious and beautifully decorated with great views and plenty of parking/access for 9 couples to hang out and relax in.
