All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Christmas Vac
We enjoyed our stay, {except for the Mattresses in the guess bedrooms was very uncomfortable it was sleeping on springs inclubing the bunkbeds we like to see pillow top mattress or better update mattresses in the guess bedroom bed we have been staying at this property 7 yrs out 10 would love to condition to stay if the guess room mattress can be improved. I rent to condos 403 and this one too had four couples with us to enjoy this property bc i spoke very highly about this property they where dispoint in the guess rooms beds.I dont know if it the property mangerment that updates the bedding or the property owners. we did love this condo update kitchen vs the kitchen in 403

The condo was very nice. Very clean and organized. The office personnel were very accommodating to all of our needs. I would recommend this condo number 404 to anyone looking for a condo to stay for a vacation.

THIS CONDO WAS PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND IN ORDER. ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS WERE MET AND THEN SOME. THIS IS A PERFECT LOCATION TO WALK TO EVERYTHING IN DOWNTOWN GATLINBURG. IT HAD A CABIN FEEL WITH THE DECOR, BUT DEFINITELY CONVENIENT FOR THOSE WHO DONT WANT TO CLIMB THE MOUNTAIN OR DRIVE INTO TOWN FOR ANYTHING.
