"This is our second stay at Park Place and just as last visit, we had a fantastic time in Gatlinburg. The stay was perfect, featuring the great view and the soothing sound of the Roaring Fork. The Great River View condo has all the essentials and then some, with a cozy feel accentuated by lovely touches of Gatlinburg decor. We enjoyed being just far enough from the busy center to relax in the early mornings and after active days out, while still being within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, and attractions. All the staff are very kind, friendly and wonderful. We will be back next July!"

Wonderful Accommodations!
This rental was fantastic for our girl's trip. Plenty of beds and bathrooms! Furnished with anything we may need - including clothes pins, scissors and even extra bulbs in case one goes out. This is our second stay at this unit, the first one was in 2019 and both times we found the space in great working order. The location is perfect! For walking, for driving and for being right in the middle of all the options for activities and food. The elevator isn't slow either, we were on the fourth floor. Check in and out was a breeze. We didn't have any issues at all. We love this place and look forward to being back again soon. It really feels like a home away from home to us!
Cozy Winter Escape
We came for a conference at the Convention Center and were greeted when we arrived to a perfect escape from the cold. The office was delightful to deal with and helpful with our late entry and early exit. 404 is a step or two above the rest! Highly organized, cleaned and ready for our 3 night stay!
Best Of All Gatlinburg Lodging
We’ve really enjoyed staying in these condos. They are close to the “action” of town but still secluded with a wonderful brook flowing outside of the apartment. Plenty of room for family and a kitchen to prepare a little or a lot whenever the mood hits.
