"On our first vacation in six years, we stayed in #408 Park Place Condominiums in Gatlinburg. The property was conveniently located at the end of the main thoroughfare. It made everything within convenient walking distance. The condo was 3bdrms/3bths. Worked well for our 6 people. The condo had just about everything needed for our stay. The view from the balcony was scenic & peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the dishes needed. We used the washer/dryer in the condo several times. The pool was clean & well maintained. The hot tub was nice, but in a pretty dark area. The parking garage was also very convenient but also pretty dark; more lighting would be nice. BUT! Thanks to the location of the parking, we got to see BEARS several times from our front balcony! AWESOME! We also rented a golf cart which I do not recommend, it was a waste of money as pretty much everything is within walking distance. I think a "No-Smoking" policy for the entire property would be nice as cigarette smoke ruined our sitting on the back balcony about half-way thru our visit. All-in-all, a great place to stay. I highly recommend it! "

Comfortable, Quiet, And Everything You Need!

Wonderful Family Trip
We had a wonderful stay at Park Place. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable for all 9 of us. Also, we were glad to have a washer and dryer with an infant and toddler in our group.
Check in was easy. And it's in a great location, right off the parkway so it's quiet. It's near the bypass to Pigeon Forge so you can skip Gatlinburg traffic.
Only cons was the sliding patio doors off the main bedroom stuck a bit. We just used the one in the living room instead.
And the carpet must have been dirty because the kids bare feet were black! We made sure socks were worn. Everything else was spotless.
Some in our party saw bears on the property just about every day, too.

Gatlinburg Family Labor Day Weekend
We vacation in Gatlinburg every labor Day Weekend. The place was great. Super location. Easy check in. Plenty of space for our 11 persons. Nice well kept facility.
