"This is our go to place when we come to Gatlinburg, Tennessee with family. Very close to the National Park And one block from the main drag. All units have balconies over the river which makes it very peaceful. The Grandkids loved hanging out in the loft and the pool. We were able to walk to all the restaurants we went too. Our unit was very clean and somewhat updated. Very comfortable.<br/>There were a few maintenance issues this time.<br/>The dishwasher didn't work very well. Had a hard time with the shower door in master bath.<br/>The screen was missing on door to patio from the living room. Also the patio furniture needs replaced, very uncomfortable. All in all though we had a great time. <br/><br/> "

Great Location, Clean And Comfortable Condo
This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at Park Place. Location is amazing, with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park, as well as to the Pigeon Forge bypass.
Family Spting Break Vacation
Park Place was home away from home. Everything you need is there and was very close to the strip. My family and I will be back this summer ☀️

Great Location And Service
Our stay at Park Place Condos was wonderful. The condo was huge for our large family. We especially loved the balcony with the creek view. We even saw a bear one night in the creek. The location was convenient to explore the tourist area on the strip and indulge in food and beverages at local restaurants. The bathroom facilities were the only issue. The master bathroom could use some maintenance. The jacuzzi tub worked but water did leak from the spout and the shower could use an upgrade. Overall, that did not bother us because the condo was priced at a great value given that the master bath has not be updated in some years.
The staff also were wonderful. We left behind a very special blanket that belonged to my 9 year old. The staff located the blanket after I called to report it and I was able to pay for a shipping service through a third party vendor that they use for these types of items that get left behind. She was very happy to have her blanket returned!
