Level Three, Great River View - 309

We Always have the Best time at Park Place Condos. They are close enough to walk to town and yet off the main strip that it is never noisy. We stayed in #309 again this year for the 2nd time and it's a great unit. It is decorated nicely and up to date. The best parts are your own kitchen and laundry room no piles of dirty clothes to come home with you! We love sitting out on the balcony and hearing the water below. This unit has two bedrooms and plenty of space for a family of 3 or 4. I highly recommended Park Place Condos. We are looking forward to returning again next year!!

My wife and I celebrated our 1st anniversary at Park Place. We rented a 2 bedroom unit. Condo living at its best. It’s within walking distance to everything but tucked away ar the edge of the Smoky Mountains. The river view is spectacular. Staff is nice and accommodating. We needed to our stay for two days because of weather and the staff provided us with another unit next door since ours was booked. It was even nicer than the first unit. Better than hotels with a full kitchen with plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. All the amenities of a cabin and block from the main drag at stoplight number 10. Highly recommend. We booked a three bedroom for a family trip.

Had a good stay..have stayed there several times. There is some things that still need updated..

Check in easy, condo location great. Only complaint about the unit we rented the beds are miserably hard. Otherwise all is great.

Condo #309 is a wonderful unit. It's very clean, decorated nicely, updated and plenty of room for the entire family. We loved having our own kitchen and laundry. The pool was very nice and quiet felt like having your own private pool and hot tub. The big jacuzzi bath in the master bath was also nice after a long day of hiking in the mountains. We have already made plans to return next year and I have a feeling we will be returning for many years to come. It's a great central location within east walking distance to the Downtown Strip, several restaurants and the trolley stop. We also saw two black bears from our Condo which was a lot of fun! I would highly recommended Park Place Condos. The staff is super nice and helpful and you will not be disappointed. It's our place to stay now!

Return to an enjoyable stay and this time at 309. Clean and finishes were in good condition as compared to previous visit. Obviously has recently make some improvements.
