"Our family rented unit 105 to meet up and visit for Christmas. Very clean room with a great view of the river that offered soothing water sounds in the master bedroom. Got to sit by the gas fireplace watching the snow fall in the river. "

As usual we had a great stay, over the New Years! Good TV for all the Games , Walking Distance to the New Years celebration! We arrived on Dec 30th and checked out Jan 2nd and never moved our vehicle. Great hiking trail along the River. Property was updated and clean. As always Donna has always provided good service for us on numerous stays @ Park Place.

Great Vacation Stay
Overall we love it! The sliding door latch in the living room needs to be fixed, it can lock accidentally. Also the vanity in the guest bathroom the drawer doesn't stay closed.
Weekend Getaway
I have stayed here several times. It is walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg.
