All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Cozy Getaway!!
The condo was really nice. Much bigger than we anticipated. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very accommodating. The condo is located right near the main strip which is perfect. We would definitely stay here again!
Thanksgiving To Remember
We stayed in room 209 but another part of our family was in this room 207. They were very pleased with the room and Park Place! We all had a wonderful time.

Good stay for 4 nights 2 couples The per night was the best cost in Town. Convenient to convention center Property and room were clean need to replace oven mitts River and balcony were fun Very nice to have morning coffee Furniture has been replaced with new Same couples have stayed for the past 4 years each time very nice
Hidden Gem
We chose Park Place because it accommodated our needs -- no stairs and two beds in the second bedroom. It's an older facility which has been nicely updated. Only four-stars because shower in primary bathroom needed attention, but everything else was more than satisfactory. PP is conveniently located, the unit was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. PP will be our go-to place for visits to Gatlinburg.
