Park place is our favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg. Great location. Nice clean rooms with balcony on the creek. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Anniversary In Gatlinburg
The condo was spacious, clean, well kept. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with a Jacuzzi. also a fireplace. with a well furnished kitchen. we especially enjoyed the balcony just above the creek.
Wonderful Balcony Overlooking Stream
Loved the balcony and the sound of rushing water! Trout were visible in the stream, along with ducks. Furniture and decor was very 1980s but everything was clean and worked well. Hot shower and great water pressure. An affordable option close to the main street, easy walking distance to attractions. Very close to the park entrance. Very pleased with stay.

We love staying at Park Place Condominiums with all the luxuries of home. Within walking distance of downntown but nestled up against the Smoky Mountain National Park. Love the sound of the creek and fireplace.
