This five bedroom, five bath cabin has two levels, while only being two miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. On the main floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with picnic table style dining. A master King suite with a flat screen TV, and a full private bath with a large walk in shower. An additional Queen bedroom, and a bedroom with Twin bunkbeds with a shared bath with a large walk in shower. There is also a large living area with high ceilings, couches, and a flat screen TV. The washer & dryer is also located on this level. The main level deck offers peaceful, wooded views, and a relaxing hot tub along with patio furniture.
On the lower level you will find large theater room with reclining chairs and a large flat screen TV, a regulation sized pool table, arcade game, and a relaxing sauna. There is also 2 King bedrooms each with a private bath including a walk-in shower.

Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Overall great time, great location and the cabin had everything we needed. Negative part on my behalf it does not have a fireplace and the back yard needs cleaning - solo cups and beer cans need to be picked up

Location was close to lot of things,,but still had drive to get to ,,,the cabin was nice and big for family’s ,,,,needs a deep cleaning bad ,,the refrigerator was really gross blood out meat package was leaked in the bins ,,we had clean ,,we didn’t put in open things in fridge ,,mattress in most king room were squeaky ,,it could be a 5 star with more detail to cleaning
Needs better cleaning
The cabin wasn’t cleaned very well. First thing we noticed was the heat on 90 degrees, an old water bottle under one of the beds, cobwebs in a shower and bedroom, little green beads on the floor, a wine cork by the pool table and a coffee pot with grinds still in it that had grown mildew. The condition of the property was less than average: a broken front door handle and holes in the wall from the doors being opened too hard. A call to management was made but because we did not want housekeeping to enter the cabin during our stay, they advised there was little they could do. The internet went down repeatedly and the maintenance man never called although we were told he would come by to check the WiFi router. We’ve been offered a VIP package for another stay which the details haven’t yet been given but considering the conditions of the property and slow to respond management, I’m unsure we’d be willing to make the drive again... at least not for an Aunt Bug cabin. PS.. Roaches...

We called the rental company because the cable and wifi was out on arrival. They told us the maintenance person was gone for the day and to call back the next morning. Frustrating, because this is called Black Bear CINEMA. We were unable to enjoy the cinema. Not the end of the world, but we paid a lot of money for a weekend trip:(
Disappointment
Our stay was not great, the cabin was clean which is good, but the pillows were very stained, the televisions were very hard to work, the a/c was not working properly, there was no lights on the deck near the jacuzzi making it impossible to use during the afternoon/evening when we got back to the cabin, the bathroom had broken cabinet doors as well as almost all the towel hooks. I tried to make it work but I will not be returning.

I would like to say that the property itself is nice. You will need 4 wheel drive to come up the mountain. The one thing that drove me crazy was they did NOT clean the linens. One of the rooms linen was filled with hair straight and curly. Another room had makeup and blood stains on the covers. Which is absolutely disgusting!!! The air conditioning unit for down stairs was not working. They claimed our cabin wasn’t ready because of cleaning. The was a BS. I called them the next day to discuss this issue. They act like they cared, but didn’t follow through with what they were supposed to do. Maintenance was supposed to had came out they never did. They were supposed to bring clean linens and they didn’t. I called back and they left me on hold and forward me to voicemail. I called back 2 more times and NO answer. That’s bad for business!!! On the refrigerator it says do not take linens off of bed. Why? That is absolutely nasty. We are dealing with COVID they should want to wash everything to prevent anything from happening. This was my first time booking with Aunt Bugs and it will be my last!!!
