Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Amazing cabins and Aunt Bugs is the best. Especially Brian. He took a nightmare and gave us a great vacation after a very troublesome year. I will be booking again and you should only book with Aunt Bugs if you are going to Eastern Tennessee. Thank you Brian! My family had a great time.
TRANQUI RETREAT
Thank you so much for all you did for us there were a couple of issues and the next day they took care of it plus received my full deposit it was so convenient to everything even though we were so close to town it was so peaceful and listening to that river was amazing and all the nature around us a peace of heaven everyone enjoyed it so much now the grandkids want to have there own cabin they liked the way the cabins are separate everything else enjoining the whole deck and grand dad loved the fishing thank you so much for such a beautiful stay, Sincerely The Michael Family

A little late to check in but that's okay everything turned out fine the microwave didn't work in our cabin but the other 1 did so that what no big deal either but it was a very beautiful layout right there on the river had a super super time thank you
Great stay with Aunt Bugs!
We have a wonderful trip to the mountains! The cabin, A River Adventure, was exactly as described and perfect for a large family get together!PROS: GREAT location, VERY clean, very friendly staff, we tubed the river right in front of the cabin!Fire pit and hot tubs were amazing! Great for 2 families on combined trip; LOVED that there was no stairs or river access from the back deck so little ones could run back/ forth between cabins without us having to worry about them falling in the river... sounds minor but it was a big deal to us. To get to the river you just walk out the back door of the cabin to walk down to the river.CONS: (All were minor and did not ruin our stay... just a headache and worth mentioning)- check in was a pain having to go to the actual office (we were there 45 min) and bring $400 CASH for deposit when they already had a credit card on file- the security alarm kept going off after correct code was entered and the police came; but they got it fixed quickly even with late arrival- several light bulbs did not work and no spares to replace them-the kitchen could have been better stocked (ex. no steak knives in one cabin; ice maker didn't work)but we did manage to find what we needed swapping out between the 2 cabinsOverall great trip and would not hesitate to rent with them again!
Nice Cabin and facilities, unable to use Outdoor deck and space
Experience staying at the River Adventure cabin was fun, although we did have some issues with the outdoor area of the cabin. The fireplace on the outdoor deck did not work because of which we couldn't spend anytime there. With cold weather upon us and especially during holidays we were restricted to stay indoors and in spite of couple of calls nothing was really done
