Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Cabin; Hard Bed
In every regard the management company, views, and cabin cleanliness met or exceeded our expectations. The bed is exceedingly hard, however. If you are not used to an extremely hard mattress, it will worsen any back issues that arise from hiking in the area during your vacation. I would probably recommend bringing a mattress topper or avoiding this cabin if you are not used to a very firm mattress.

Definitely Recommend This Cabin
The cabin is perfect for a couple to get a way. Located just 6 min drive from the downtown strip. It was very quite during our stay. The cabin had all the amenities you would want. The cabin is also conveniently located from the Alamo steakhouse, which is only a 2 min drive down the mountain.

Easy Process, Great Customer Service & Place Thats Hard To Leave
My most favorite thing was how easy it was to talk with someone thats real person rather than a robot when I had questions or needed help. No hoop jumping. Everything was orderly and didn't have to worry. The cabin was beautiful and homey! I loved the fireplace and being able to sit on the couch with it on was super cozy. The hot tub was of course amazing and next to the door so I didn't have to freeze too long after getting out. There was so much dust/hair like things floating in the air that it was bothering my allergies really bad :( But it was still worth it!
