Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Honeymoon.
We had the best stay at our cabin!! It was super easy to get to. Very clean and we really enjoyed the indoor spa pool!! We for sure will be planning a trip soon to come back! We highly recommend this cabin!

The cabin was overall great. Some small things mishap but we enjoyed our stayed. Thank you for the great customer service.
Fall Vacation
Cabin was beautiful and in a great location. 15 minutes from everything at Pigeon Forge. Kids loved the indoor pool and arcade game. The ski ball and air hockey were not really playable though (air hockey table worn out and ski balls flew everywhere). House was pretty clean had cob webs in a lot of the windowsills but bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Would suggest adding a laundry basket. Elk Springs was great. Provided lots of useful information and easy check in. Would stay with this company again.
Spring Break Get Away
We had an excellent family vacation. The kids enjoyed the games in the lower level. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We loved watching a movie while swimming. The ability to walk outside and play putt-putt was a big hit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
Relaxing Vacation
Our cabin was very clean and in great shape. The kids enjoyed the hot tub spa and putt putt. This was a great vacation just to chill and enjoy family time. We liked the location of the cabin for when we ventured out to the local attractions. We can't wait to go back!
F-Art Family Vacation!
It was amazing, fantastic, fun-filled, tremendous, remarkable, terrific! The kids (and adults) kept busy the whole time we were there, never an I'm bored, what should I do and no electronics involved. Just swimming, golfing, campfires and games!
