Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Springbreak Fun
We rented this cabin during Springbreak for a family vacation. The cabin was clean, spacious, and the location was perfect! Our adult children and grandchildren had a blast! Everyone wanted to stay longer! We can't wait to book again!
Great Place To Enjoy Some Days From Your Regular Routine
Loved me and my family really enjoyed our stay would really recommend it for a family get away the kids enjoyed the indoor pool and we loved our view and the cabin is located in a hood spot and level parking spaces we would be back again soon

Family Vacation
We had around 20 people and the cabin had plenty of room for everyone. Very convenient location for when we did head down to Pigeon Forge. It was hot so we spent a lot of time indoors but also loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the amazing view. Everyone loved the pool, game room and theater room. We even got to see some bears from the safety of the first floor deck!
Fun With The Family
I had a wonderful time with my family the view was beautiful I have no complaints about the cabin but I will complain about the roads they're scary and narrow that's not even the scary part the GPS took us up the back way I guess because the road wasn't paved we got stuck for a minute but was able to get out I thought we was going to tip over it's was very very narrow and rocky but when we finally made it to our cabin the rest of the stay was awesome aside from the scary rocky road we will be back
