Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Spacious Cabin
Enjoyed our stay with our two grandchildren, they loved having the top level all to themselves. The pool area was a plus as well as the game room. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. Check-in was a breeze, loved that you could go right to the property and they were very prompt in notifying you once it was available. Very pleasant experience, I would highly recommend staying at Elks Springs Rentals.
Nice Place
I usually stay in Gatlinburg when I visit the area, however it was convenient to be just miles from the strip while still being peaceful. That cabin was awesome. The pool is small but fun for the kids. Overall everything was great. I do believe checkout should be extended to 11 or 12.
Wonder Cabin
What a beautiful cabin. Very clean it was in the perfect location close enough to get to the action and hidden way from the action. I would definitely stay and looking forward to my next visit
So Peaceful
This was the first time for my fiance to visit the area. The cabin was absolutely wonderful. Only thing was the pool door alarm was annoying. Everything else was amazing.
