Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Kid-Friendly And Upscale Finishes
We were a bit surprised how small the pool actually was - it fits 10 kids comfortably. Pics made it seem much larger. The opening garage doors leading to the hot tub were a big hit. The foosball table is mounted to the ground and in the worst placement because you can't go up and down the stairs while a game is going on - but other than that, the game and movie rooms were great. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Cleaning job could've been better, especially because we don't know the people who slept here before us.

Big Sky Lodge
This was our second time staying at Big Sky Lodge with Elksprings Resort. We stayed Oct. 4-8. As with our previous stay, all was terrific. Lodge was clean, arcade games and hot tub were a hit with the teens. The movie theater is always our favorite part. This cabin is quality. It's almost like a second home when we are here.

We had a great weekend! The cabin was awesome! We only wished that the pool heater and waterfall would’ve been working in the pool, but we made the best of it! The cabin was clean, great location and the management staff was excellent!

Great Experience At Big Sky Lodge
Just returned from a very pleasant stay at Big Sky Lodge. Very clean, well-maintained and well appointed cabin. The pool was perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy and loved the theater room as well. Elk Springs is in a good location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, just plan for a short drive to get to either one. Overall, great stay and would stay with Elk Springs again for sure.
