Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Great Place To Stay
This was a very nice cabin. It was very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind! I would recommend staying here! Can’t wait to come back and book. Maintenance came out at 10:30pm just to help get the projector and movie theater equipment started! Pool is nice and warm! Overall this was great!
You Won’T Want To Leave!
This cabin and location are awesome! Only problem is no one wanted to leave to do the “tourist” things. We have stayed here a few times before and mostly stayed at cabin this times. Food Lion supermarket is 8 minutes away for all your groceries and beer needs. There is also a family dollar, gas station and pharmacy right there. There are some other cabins being constructed in the immediate area but they didn’t start really early and wasn’t much sound at all, but that could change with the different stages of construction, we have 3 kids so sleeping in is a thing of the past for us anyway so it wasn’t an issue at all but something to be mindful of. We totally recommend this cabin for a family, you won’t be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time and loved the cabin. We noticed that the cabin could use a good cleaning. There was an extreme amount of dust build up/dead bugs on the window sills and the theater room could use a vacuum.

Kid-Friendly And Upscale Finishes
We were a bit surprised how small the pool actually was - it fits 10 kids comfortably. Pics made it seem much larger. The opening garage doors leading to the hot tub were a big hit. The foosball table is mounted to the ground and in the worst placement because you can't go up and down the stairs while a game is going on - but other than that, the game and movie rooms were great. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable. Cleaning job could've been better, especially because we don't know the people who slept here before us.
