Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Anniversary Trip
My wife and I rented Big Sky lodge for our 10th anniversary and it was perfect! The master bedroom and bathroom were incredible. Between the pool, hot tub, games, theater room there were hours of entertainment while being a short drive to the heart of Gatlinburg. It was a wonderful experience and we plan on using Elk Springs resort for another upcoming trip.
Best Cabin For Our Honeymoon!!
We had an amazing stay at big sky lodge for our honeymoon! The cabin was so large but cozy at the same time, in the perfect location for either downtown Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. So many amenities in the cabin, we had a very relaxing stay! Was pretty clean upon arrival, could’ve used a “deep clean” but we understand that is hard when guest are checking in back to back. Will definitely be back soon!!

Best Cabin Ever!
Big Sky Lodge was incredible. Something for everyone and very close to the park and attractions. The pool, theater, and golden tee were our highlights, but all the outdoor seating was great too. Definitely worth renting if you want to have it all!
Amazing Cabin!
Big Sky Lodge was beautiful! There was construction on a new cabin next door but we never even heard it! Our smoke detector started chirping early one morning and maintenance took care of it right away! We loved the game room, movie room, pool, and hot tub!
Big Sky Lodge, Big Fun
Big Sky Lodge was exactly as pictured. Beautiful, Fun, Relaxing. I had my morning coffee on the Master Bedroom deck every morning. It was the peaceful relaxing escape I needed. My family had an amazing time at the cabin and in Gatlinburg. So much to do! Definitely will come back.
