Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Good Cabin
Lovely Cabin with all the facilities - Like Pool , hot tub, Theater at one place .. Only thing is Grill where it can have little place under Deck when it rains you cant use it .. other than it was good

Uwoduhi Family Getaway
The cabin was the perfect layout for all 12 of us and there was so much to do! There were 6 adults and 6 children ranging from 2 years to 14 years old. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature and the hottub was perfect! The theater room was very comfortable.
There was an issue with overall cleanliness. There was trash in the firepit and a couple of the bathrooms had some debris in the showers. There was a leak in the bunkroom bathroom so we used another one but let the office know that's what we planned to do. It needed some basic cleaning of cobwebs and the grill cabinet outside needed repairs. We did not use the grill. There were cigarette butts in the front yard and some trash under the back deck. A few of the dishes had to be rewashed.
With all of that said, we had an amazing time and there was plenty to keep everyone entertained. It was just what we wanted being all together.
It might be a good idea to have someone walk around and take note of general painting of the deck and moving the cushions to make sure there is no trash.
I appreciated the texts and phone messages of welcome and fast response to our questions. I think the communication of the management company was great.

Awesome Getaway
This vacation Rental was just like the owner described. The punctures was picture perfect. The location was closer to Gatlinburg but not far from Pigeon Forge. This made our stay very fun and easy to get to both places. I highly recommend this nice, quiet, clean vacation rental. Elks Springs was quiet and peaceful clean rental. It was easy to communicate with the owner and management team.
