Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.

This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

WOW, what a time our family had staying in this gorgeous cabin in the mountains. Sixteen family members had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the amenities of this cabin. The game room had to be the highlight especially for the younger family members who spent all their time playing video games, pool, and watching television. Sitting outside by the fire pit, or resting in the Jacuzzi were highlights for both young and older adults. Seeing bears five of the seven mornings right next to the cabin were also highlights of all family members. had one small problem with hot water right after arriving. Customer service sent maintenance right away to take care of the problem, had to replace hot water heater. The cabin was extremely clean and well equipped for our size family. The layout of bedrooms worked very well for sleeping and plenty of room to lounge around throughout the day or night. The commute was a little bit longer than expected but only took about fifteen minutes to get into downtown Pigeon Forge. The outside pool was very nice and spacious for large numbers of customers at one time. Having the pond next to the pool was nice for young people to fish in or walk the trails next door. The roads to this property were well maintained leading right up to the house. Our family had a blast and as usual love the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area for vacationing. We certainly would book this cabin again in the future without any reserve. We hated to leave but certainly look forward to revisiting again in the near future. What magnificent views from the deck of this house!

Family 2018 Tennessee Cabin

Wonderful!! Cabin was awesome; sitting on the top of a mountain with the most beautiful views. Bears and wild turkeys visited every day. Lots to do close by for the younger crowd. Kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with cookware; dishes; coffee pots mixers.. Needs automatic can opener. We could not find one. Game room was very popular with young and old alike. Have already posted pictures of the property and Aunt Bugs Cabins on facebook and given the site to several friends.
