Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Family fun!
Perfect place to take your big family. Lots of space for everyone to come together in the great room, play games in the game room and retreat to your own room if you need rest. Great location...far enough from the busy main strip to think you were way out in the country (with beautiful views), but within 5 minutes of the alpine slide (so fun) and ten minutes from all the activities in town. Clean place, kitchen pretty well equipped. Only thing I couldn't get to work was the jets in the cool whirlpool tub in the master. Didn't call maintenance, because I didn't try it til the last night of our stay.

Great cabin, location was perfect, views beautiful.As a property manager I will only state this for your reference. Each bathroom mirror in the cabin was dirty literally splashed from top to bottom. Honestly the cabin is in need of a deep cleaning, baseboards very dusty, nooks and crannies along cabinets had piled dust/dirt. But again this is only stated as being a detailed property manager. We absolutely loved the cabin and would definitely stay again, enjoyed the look, feel and space provided, grill was an added bonus, too. We have already recommended the cabin to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Always Dreaming is a Dream come true
We had a fantastic week at this amazing cabin! Perfect for multiple families to come together for a great time with 4 master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and TV's. It is beautifully decorated and clean, with all of the usual amenities. There are other cabins close by, but it was very quiet. The location is great being within 15 min drive to all of the Pigeon Forge activities, attractions and restaurants.
GREAT GETAWAY
We had invited our children and our grand children to stay a week with us in the Smokey Mountains. All but 3 was able to make the getaway with us. We had picked the ALWAYS DREAMING CABIN because it provided ample room for all of us. Was going to be 13 but 10 showed up. We all enjoyed seeing the sights and enjoyed the local eateries. The evening times at the cabin were equally enjoyable as we had a camp fire 2 nights and enjoyed sitting around it. Also enjoyed sitting on the deck eating with the family. Had a great time playing pool and playing games in the evening with the family. All in all we had a great time and will do it again. Thanks for the wonderful cabin and the great hospitality you provided for us.
