Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

We enjoyed the view, the hot tub and the coziness of the cabin. I was a little disappointed that there was no Wifi..phone service was limited on the mountain and being away from our toddler for the first time in a year this weekend, i was a little nervous his grandparents, if they did need to reach us, wouldnt be able to due to lack of connection. So we were only able to facetime with him when we would leave the cabin which was a little disappointing.
The cleanliness was not the best. There were several areas in the cabin where you could tell they \"cut corners\" while cleaning...spider webs, mold on the shower curtain, and dirt build up where they seemed to never sweep some corners. I would have expected much more attention payed to the cleanliness, especially since we were charged a cleaning fee.
Overall, not bad as far as location And distance from the parkway strip and still very cozy for an anniversary weekend getaway, just needs a little more TLC in my opinion.

Pool table mess adults only
My cabin was very nice, but it was needing a good cleaning. It’s easy to go in and wash sheets and sweep the floor, but my sheets had stains on them. Thick cob webs hung from the bathroom ceiling and the lampshade, however the most disgusting was the sperm that was on the Old beat up pool table and living room chair. If I wanted to rent a place, I would make sure I had a reputable cleaning company!! I would also explain in detail how far into the mountains you actually go and the conditions of the roads! Other than that it was a nice place a place I would Never go back to.. oh and forearm people about bears and coons climbing on the back porch in case there in the hot tub!
Not satisfied
The cabin we stayed in was very hard to get to. It definitely puts a strain on your vehicle how high up it is in the mountains. Even though it wasn’t far out from town, it was very high up in the mountains away from other cabins. There was no cellphone service (AT&T) at our cabin because we were so far out and up away from everything. That was something we were not happy about. The cabin cleanliness wasn’t the best. Dirt and debris on the floor, very dusty as well. The mirror in the bathroom is so low you can’t get ready in it. It must be for short people. The bed has no head board and your pillows consistently fall on the floor.
All Tucked Away is right!
We started with heading towards the cabin but had to turn back around and go check in, 18 miles out of the way. Then I thought I was going to have to rent a 4 wheel drive to get to the cabin. No Wi-Fi, needless to say with 2 teenagers, it was miserable. I also had my parents, 76 and 78, that had a rough time on the stairs. The pool is 2.5 miles down the mountain. We were 8.5 miles from Pigeon Forge. The hot tub was a science experiment for nasty growing stuff. The view was trees and nothing else. I will never book a cabin in Pigeon Forge again. I have learned my lesson to stay in a hotel.
