Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 72 hours of booking (Unless booking within seven days of the day of your arrival).
A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking. The final balance of the total cost of the booking, including but not limited to accommodations, outfitting, services and extras, is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment will be due immediately when making the booking.
If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, you receive a 100% refund from host. However, if you book within seven days of the day of your arrival, no refunds are available, regardless of the 72 hour window. No other refunds will be given outside of 72 hour window. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the day of your arrival, you will receive a credit in the amount of your host deposit to be used toward a future stay at one of the Hosts properties occurring within one year of your original date of booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the day of your arrival, you will receive no refund and no credit toward a future stay.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This local host allows up to two dogs in pet-friendly properties. However, after you book, there will be a $50 plus tax fee per pet that will be collected by the local host.

Everything was very good for us. Only thing we had issue with was couch was dirty.

Cabin was well equipped, comfortable, and clean. One problem you need to have fixed, the shower floor is slick and there are no grab rails installed. For someone my age this can be quite dangerous. This could be easily fixed and may save someone a fall. Other than that it was a very good stay.
Fix the Hot Tub for 5 stars!
The cabin is beautiful and cozy. The tub inside is beautiful and big but had a hard time getting the jets going. The patio hot tub was nice as well but it was well had some technical difficulties! Great time overall.
Good location, but needs a little TLC.
The cabin is in a great location, however this is the third or fourth time we've been there and little has been done to improve. The landscape is pretty rough looking. The floors seem sticky. The cleaning folks left towels in a trash bag under the couch pillows. There were no bulbs in the light fixture above the sink. It would be nice to add a luggage stand in the bedroom and an end table would be nice next to a refurbished couch. Thanks for increasing the speed of the internet.
