Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 72 hours of booking (Unless booking within seven days of the day of your arrival).
A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking. The final balance of the total cost of the booking, including but not limited to accommodations, outfitting, services and extras, is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment will be due immediately when making the booking.
If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, you receive a 100% refund from host. However, if you book within seven days of the day of your arrival, no refunds are available, regardless of the 72 hour window. No other refunds will be given outside of 72 hour window. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the day of your arrival, you will receive a credit in the amount of your host deposit to be used toward a future stay at one of the Hosts properties occurring within one year of your original date of booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the day of your arrival, you will receive no refund and no credit toward a future stay.

Great weekend
We brought our youth group to Pigeon Forge for the weekend in Nov to a youth conference and stayed in the TN Lodge
Great Cabin!
We rented Tennessee Lodge in Seviervill, TN. for our family reunion. The cabin was clean when we arrived and everything was in good working order. Ranging in age from 12 mos to 81 yrs, traveling from Ohio and California, we had a wonderful time. The office even provided a pack-n-play, high chair and baby gate for our youngest. Thank you so much for making this a memorable time for us.

I visited in July it's fun and comfortable but living room area are small
Lots of rooms for large group
Cabin is just ok. Could use updating to kitchen and bathrooms. Large cabin lots of space. Disappointed this large cabin has only 1 television in the living room.
It was okay.
The cabin was ok, not fancy. Quite a bit of rotted wood on the deck.
It was advertised to sleep 28 people. There is not enough common area for more than about 10 people to sit and visit. There are not any large pots to cook big meals.
Our family had a good time, but I did not feel it was worth the money spent.
Thanksgiving stay
Cabin was nice but needs more pots and pans when booking for large families. Stay for Thanksgiving had to go buy additional pans and pots. Also two of the beds had hair on the sheets. Cabin nice better maid service and kitchen utensils.
