Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Prefect Family Vacation Spot!
Spacious property for family of 10....hot tub was a hit! lots to keep you entertained! can't beat the views. Zipline adventure right around the corner (less than 5 min drive) was a bonus for us!
Family Escape
Wonderful surrounding and all they promise on the website. The views are wonderful. The surroundings are quiet and relaxing.
Our Stay At Grand View
We just spent a week in Grand View cabin. The cabin is very nice, the road going up to the cabin is an easy drive, the views are amazing, and the outside deck area provides plenty of seating for several families to spend time together, including a large covered area with an outdoor sofa.
The kitchen is totally equipped with all the dishes, utensils and pots and pans needed to prepare meals. The three levels in the cabin provides plenty of space for three families .
Elk Springs staff kept in touch and provided any extra items we needed. Thank you Jeremy for going above & beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. You have always been very accommodating. Thank you Dan for helping with our booking. We have booked with Elk Springs for 9 years and we have always been very happy with their customer service.

Wonderful House
We loved this house! The space was so clean and organized when we arrived. The porches are AMAZING! We spent so much time on them, especially the main level porch. The views of The Smokies were second to none. The children loved the game room and movie theater. Will definitely revisit GrandView in the future.
