Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

decent house for the money
We stayed in the house for a three day weekend with 14 adults and 7 children. We fit, but it was very tight. No great room where we could all fit. the dining table seats 8 and everyone else needs to just find somewhere to eat. But overall we were pleased with the house. HVAC works pretty well on both floors. Aunt Bugs was helpful when we had an issue (dishwasher stopped working and we had way too much trash for the trash cans) Not a fancy house or updated, but it worked for us. I would ask that the foosball table and air hockey table be in working condition. There was no ball for the foosball table or air hockey puck so kids could not use them.
My Gatlingburg trip
There was several things I was dissatisfied with but overall it was okay.

Good! I was expecting queen size beds and one room had bunk beds. Over all it was a nice space
Okay property with not so great views
Decent property. Not so great views. Rustic.
Large and Clean, but not up to date!
We were happy with the location and the size (8BR) but were not pleased with the furnishings, kitchen/appliances/dishes. Half of the window blinds didn't work. I've stayed in several of Aunt Bug's properties and this was one of their most expensive -- and it should not have been. Not anywhere close to as nice as other properties that are cheaper and better appliances/furnishings. Stove from the '60s. Refrigerator from the '80s. Limited glasses. No sharp knives. Rooms outdated.
Really great cabin with a few exceptions
We loved the house and had a great time! Thanks for extending our check out time by an hour. However, the air hockey table, fireplace and cable downstairs did not work properly.
