Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.

This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Long weekend trip

We came with three children and they really enjoyed the pool and games. The cabin was close to everything but you could not hear any noise from the strip . We really enjoyed the cabin!

Fantastic location!

My family and I had a great time at this cabin! It was spotless,and well kept. We have two small children and everyone had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the game room and the pool. It was so close and convenient to all activities. Even though the cabin was in town it still felt very private. The only issue we had was that there did not seem to be enough towels for showering and pool use. Also, the pool was not as warm as we would have liked. It was a shock getting in, it really was not that bad but it could have been warmer. The cabin does not have wi-fi. The description of the cabin said Internet access, we could not find it.To be very fair, we did not contact management about these issues, it really was not that big of a deal. I am sure they would have been helpful if we called.We will definitely be coming back to this cabin!

Great Time at Aunt Bugs Cabin.

We loved our cabin, staying here definitely contributed to our wonderful vacation. We look forward to staying at Aunt Bugs next year.

Skinny Dipp'in 261

The location of the cabin was awsome, just a few minutes from the pigeon Forge Parkway. The cabin was clean and enviting. The only problem we had was with the ants, you couldn't sit nothing on the counters or put stuff in the cabnets (food that is). Guess you could call this little nit pick things but the grass needed cut, and the pool area was terrible.The pebble floor is falling apart and the pebbles where everywhere. The floor really could have used a sweeping.The pool water was cold, there was no way it was 83 degrees.Besides those things the cabin was nice.Would I stay at that cabin again proble not. And thats because I am a nit picker and there was some other little things I thought that could have been done, especially for what the cabin cost.But thats my apinion.I have stayed at other Aunt Bugs cabins and was very satisfied.
