Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Family Vacation in the Mountains
Being from Ohio, it was a bit scary driving up to our Cabin in the hills, but once we got there we were very pleased. Our cabin was clean and homey, amazed at how high the ceilings were and how comfortable everything was. Cousins were super excited about the extra games and activities they could play together. There is tons to do in the area as well. National Park is something to see!
Amazing stay
Our vacation was a celebration for my birthday...April 18 (woot woot) lol but this cabin was amazing and me and my guests enjoyed our stay to the max! Beautiful view and the cabin had everything we needed and more! I truly recommend Aunt Bugs Cabin rentals and this cabin #absolutely wonderful 304!! Also great location, close to everything!!
Family Vacation
Absolutely Wonderful was a perfect cabin for three couples. The location was great for access to wears valley, pigeon forge or tanger outlets. We loved having access to the gas grill as we chose to grill out most nights. The game room was fun for the days we had rain. Views of the sunset are awesome!! Customer service at aunt bugs was great. I strongly recommend this cabin!
Cozy Retreat in the Smoky Mountains
Our family was very pleased and excited about getting to stay in this beautiful cabin! It was great for our family of five children and six adults. We stayed there for most of the Thanksgiving week, ate our holiday meal there and enjoyed the beautiful view and festive Christmas decorations the cabin was filled with. We would all love to return to this cabin again to make more memories with our family.
Loved the cabin!!
We stayed for 4 nights and we didn't want to leave! The cabin was great, and decorated so cute! Loved it and it accommodated our large family of 8 perfectly. Our oldest boys stayed on the bottom level and near the game room, which they loved. Our girls stayed in the big bedroom on the main floor, then my husband and I had the top floor master suite. The cabin is in such a nice neighborhood, gated community, and super close to town. Will definitely stay here again!
Absolutely Wonderful!
This cabin is perfectly named- it was absolutely wonderful! We've stayed in several luxury cabins over the years, but this one was the coziest yet. The layout was perfect for a large group (4 adults and a couple of teenagers). Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed. The location was good with a nice view. The cabin was very clean, but for a couple of areas that wouldn't be noticed by most guests. Highly recommend this property.
