Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

awesome cabin
This cabin was great tons of room. The arcade games, juke box, pool table, and theater room kept the kids occupied when we needed a break. The cabin is stocked with anything you could need. Great cabin!
Great Vacation Spot
We had a very pleasant stay. The cabin was well maintained and in a good location. The juke box was out of order but otherwise everything was functioning.
Thanksgiving in Pigeon Forge
We had a fantastic stay at the Boulder Bear Lodge. The cabin is so cozy! It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the theater/game area and the hottub. We prepared several meals in and the kitchen had all the cookware that we needed. The location is perfect. It is in a quiet area but very close to the Parkway. We loved it and can't wait to do this trip again.

A great stay at the Boulder Bear Lodge
This cabin was perfect for us with great amino ties and close to everything. The owners take care of their cabin and decorate it nicely for the season. The staff at Aunt Bugs was friendly and pro-active. They called us prior to our late arrival to make sure we were taken care of. Will definitely stay here again!

Been to Pigeon Forge multiple times, 1rst time staying in a cabin. It was very comfortable and clean. Nicely seclude, yet close to everything. Had a great stay.
