Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Nice space. Close to it all!
Great cabin with plenty of space. 3 king size beds made for great sleep after long days being touristy. Cabin was very clean. Hot tub was perfect temp (lights didn't work but no big deal). Access to the cabin was very easy with key pad entry. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Supplies are 1 of everything so plan ahead (1 roll of TP in each bath, 1 roll paper towels, enough for 1 dishwasher load). All descriptions say this so there was really no surprise. Great staying a nice location. Peaceful but still close to it all.
Great place for a family or small group.
The home was arranged well with sleeping on 3 levels. Choose wisely though. One has theatre, one games and the other the kitchen so evening or morning noise. Loved the hot tub before bed. Close to groceries and restaurants. No lock box key, door entry code.

We loved our cabin, it was clean and had everything we needed. It was just as described. Loved the location, close to every thing but still had a country feel. We would definitely stay again.
Christmas vacation
We enjoyed our stay. May try a larger cabin next time but this suited our needs for this trip. It was very easy signing in and out. Needs a few more dish towels but that was minor. Would totally recommend.
Family time fun vacation
Very good experience,painless no hassle check in. House in a great location, five minutes from downtown. House in great shape, no problems.
Beautiful cabin and close to everything
My family and I had a wonderful time and the cabin it met all our expectations and was just absolutely beautiful. Not to mention the location was so close to everything and ver convenient. The batteries went out in our automatic door lock so I called and they sent someone right out and apologized for any inconvenience. Everything was perfect!! Very clean also and lived up to our expectations. Will rent from them again shall we visit pigeon Forge which I’m sure we will in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
