The final result is a fabulous view, but the disclosure of steep roadways for travel is warranted. There is parking for only 2 vehicles. This cabin has a steep access road to get to the heights it demands for one of the top views in all of Pigeon Forge! Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Amazing View #223
The view in this cabin was spectacular. All items on the list of expectations were met and then some. I was a little concerned about the drive to the cabin after reading the reviews, but with a little maneuvering it wasn’t that bad. The only critique I could possibly have was that the hottub could use a thorough cleaning as it was a bit gritty. Aside from that, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and will definitely be back.
Blankenship visit
Great visit, beautiful cabin and view. Loved the fireworks at night. Only critique was that it was not immediately obvious that it was a one-way street to and through the cabins. I went down the wrong way a couple of times before I saw the sign. I initially thought the path around the cabin at the top of the hill (just past amazing view climb) was a parking area dead end.

Family vacation
We spent all day out and about doing things with the kids!! We truly love the Gatlinburg area. The cabin we stayed in was a little difficult to get to due to sharp switchbacks but we made the best of it. The hot tub was a little outdated and felt like it needed to be cleaned. Other than that the place, location, view, and gatlinburg were awesome!!! I want to return for a vacation sometime soon!
