Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Rabbits, turkeys, and bears, OH MY...
Enjoyed a romantic 4 night stay for two. Even though pretty close to town, was able to see in the yard: squirrels, rabbits, a wild Turkey, and a bear. Accommodations were nice; although usable the grill could use a tune up. Overall, enjoyed the stay very much and would definitely revisit.
Cute Cozy Cabin
The cabin is cute and cozy. It has an arcade game system and pool table in the loft upstairs. The balcony was great in the morning to enjoy coffee or relax in the hot tub in the cooler evenings. The cabin had everything provided minus washer / dryer. Very neat and clean. We would highly recommend this cabin for a couple / small family.

Secluded but close to Park Entrance and Gatlinburg
Great location - convenient to Smoky Mountain Nat'l Park and Gatlinburg, but away from crowds. Beautiful setting in woods.

Driving into the driveway at Parkside Party was really that for the first time we pulled into the driveway but after a few trips it was super easy! The cabin was really nice! We had two babies, a 5yr old and two teen boys! All of the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed to survive the time we was there. There was a couple of things that could have made our stay better. 1, this cabin didn’t have WiFi. 2, this cabin didn’t have a washer and dryer. 3, the igniter on the gas grill didn’t work so we couldn’t do any outdoor cooking. There was also a light out in the bedroom closet on the first floor but we didn’t really need it anyway. We love how close it was to all of the attractions and we didn’t have to go so far into the mountains! The cabin had cute decor on the tables and nightstands. The kids loved the arcade game! Overall, our time there was pretty nice! We would recommend using this cabin to anyone looking to not be high in the mountains! The staff at Aunt Bugs were amazing!

My vacation rental was excellent. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. I will request this cabin for my future Gatlinburg visits.
