Located approximately 15 minutes from Townsend, 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. This cabin has a gravel road leading up to the driveway that has inclines and would not be considered motorcycle or trailer friendly. There is available parking for up to 2 vehicles.
This 2 story, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin sleeps up to 6 people. You enter on the lower level where you will find a game room with a Pool table, bar seating, Washer & Dryer, & a Flat screen TV.
On the upper level, you will find a full kitchen with dining for 5. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a private bath with a shower tub combo. One King & One Queen bedroom each offer a Flat screen TV.
The main level deck offers rocking chairs to enjoy with your morning coffee or just relax and take in the sounds of nature and the flowing river that surrounds you. There is also a Hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding in at the end of the day.

Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

The rental was in clean condition and in a great location. We had a great stay. The only thing I would recommend is some kind of motion light on the side of the house. It is pretty dark when you walk from your car to the front of the house. Not a huge deal but a light would be helpful.

Stream in front of cabin you could hear all night long. Excellent location. Not to far from town but still away from it all. Looking forward to renting this cabin again soon

My husband and I stayed at Whispering Waters cabin for a week. It was conveniently located close to all the activities. There is no mountain view but it was nice to overlook the creek. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub could use a little maintenance.
