This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

AMAZING GETAWAY
OUR TIME AT THE CABIN WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THE CABIN WAS BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. WE WERE CLOSE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS THERE.THE CABIN WAS CLEAN AND THE AREA WAS VERY QUITE.ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME. THE ONLY ONE ISSUE WE HAD WAS THE KING MATTRESS UPSTAIRS NEEDEN TO HAVE BEEN CHANGED OUT DUE TO ONE SIDE BEING SUNK IN. HOWEVER ALTOGETHER WE LOVED THE STAY. WOULD BE A GUEST THERE AGAIN FOR SURE. THANKS FOR MAKING OUR STAY A GREAT ONE.
Great stay
Overall we enjoyed the stay very much. The cabin was clean and everything was very nice. The only problem is the pictures of the view must have been taken before the trees grew up because now the trees are the only thing you can see from the deck. Except for that everything is great.

We had a great time staying the cabin had all the things we need for cooking and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. We also utilized the washer and dryer. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!

The lady who helped me with my reservation was amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate me at the last minute. The cabin was everything I was looking for and more. Very well taken care of. I highly recommend Aunt Bugs and will be staying with them again on my next trip.
Great cabin at a reasonable price
The Buddy Bear cabin was great for the price. It was in a gated community with a pool available. The pool table and hot tub were a great addition to our vacation. it was clean and large for our needs. We received great customer service from Aunt Bugs and will book with them again for our next vacation to TN.
Buddy Bear Experience Summer 2015
We made the 10 hour car ride and we were easily checked in to our rental cabin. The management was professional and helpful. We arrived to our cabin a short time later and were excited of the layout and overall location of the place. It is really close to downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We like the cabin, however the overall cleanliness of the cabin could have been better. The floors were filthy and would literally turn your feet black upon walking bare feet in the house the first five minutes upon arrival. The bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms for the most part were tidy. Many dust balls in the corner and spiderwebs hanging from the ceiling. We liked the privacy of the cabin but the closeness to all of the sights and sounds around town. I would recommend the property. Some places that we visited that I would recommend: Cades cove, Dollywood, Smokey Mountain Brewery, Down town Gatlingburg, Corkey's BBQ restaurant, and the diamond in the ruff our personal favorite Old Mill Pottery Cafe/restaurant. This place was AMAZING!!!! Delicious food, great service, and beautiful ambiance. Then you can walk around the shops and boutiques around the area. All in all we had a wonderful week long vacation and had a wonderful time.
