Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Great Getaway
Great little cabin for a small family!! Very clean and charming!!
Peaceful
If your looking for a peaceful place, this is definitely the place for you. During the day and night all you hear is the running creek beside the cabin. It was great while sitting in the hot tub at night. The driveway to the cabin is VERY steep, thankfully we came during sunny weather and not snow. The only downfall to our stay was there was NO cell service at all, this was with Verizon as well. No WiFi either in the cabin because of its location. All in all if you like peace and quiet and being out of touch with the world, this is the best pick!!
Amazing stay!
It was perfect, the cabin was beautiful the views were great and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Loved the creek alongside our cabin and the hot tub was a hit! Wouldn't change a thing about it! Will be back for sure!

Cabin was nice.,It needs a little TLC! The outside porch and landscape needs some work. The driveway was the worst part, it was hard to get into and out of. Over all we had a great time!
